Annually, CHOC Childhood Cancer Foundation SA organises Remembrance Services nationwide, bringing together families impacted by the loss of a child to cancer or a life-threatening blood disorder. Join us for a day of connection, reflection, and tribute as we support one another. The CHOC Northern Region team extends a heartfelt invitation for families to join us either in person or virtually via Zoom. We anticipate your presence and the sharing of your stories.
