1. I will participate in the Sani Pass Walk for CHOC on 9th August 2025, entirely at my own risk;

2. I shall have no claim whatsoever against the organisers, any individual or official, assistant or agent in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which I may suffer arising from any injury to my person or loss or damage to my property as a result of, or arising out of my participation in the walk, regardless of whether or not same shall have been caused directly or indirectly by the negligence or act of omission or commission of one or more of the above mentioned parties;

3. No claim shall be made by me or against any of the above mentioned parties and I hereby waive all and any such claims for damage and/or loss.

4. Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, I acknowledge that the abovementioned parties shall not be liable to me or any of my dependants for any injury, illness, death, harm, loss, loss of support, consequential loss, damage or damages of whatsoever nature from any cause whatsoever, that may be sustained as a result of my participating in the activity, or as a result of or any other cause whatsoever including negligence.

5. I hereby indemnify the organisers, any individual or official, assistant or agent of the Sani Pass Walk for CHOC and the abovementioned parties against any claim from any third party arising out of any injury to my person or loss or damage to my property.

6. The waiver and indemnity contained herein shall be binding on my heirs, assigns and executors.
